14:23 – “I had to really focus on that self-belief first and become that leader that I wanted to be here in my mind. It was never gonna happen on paper if I didn’t believe because then I also wasn’t exuding that confidence, exuding that presence, being that leader in terms of how I connected with other people. If I didn’t believe that it was possible for me first.”
18:29 – “Leaders don’t always have all the answers. In this age of authentic leadership, it’s even commendable when you are vulnerable to your team, to the people you’re leading when you’re looking for them to support you in finding the solution in collaborative solution finding.”
26:14 – “I’ve really learned that other people can come up with the solution, and it’s okay. You can be the catalyst and the person who brings people together in achieving a goal instead of the person who always knows what to do next.”
