The One AI Hack That Solves Every Marketer’s Biggest Problem

Are you a marketing team of one, wearing all the metaphorical hats? Do you find yourself stretched thin trying to create content for Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and your website?

What if I told you that just ONE piece of video content could be transformed into an ENTIRE marketing campaign that actually works?

That's exactly what we're going to tackle today – a strategy we've perfected in our agency since 2018 that has become even more powerful with the emergence of AI. Let me show you how to get leverage without losing your authentic voice.

The Challenge: Small Team, Big Marketing Needs

If you're running a small business or working as the lone marketing person in a company, you know the struggle. You need to be everywhere at once, creating content for multiple platforms while handling websites, landing pages, and everything else needed for robust campaigns.

This was a common problem we kept encountering with smaller companies coming to our agency years ago.

We needed a solution that would give these clients maximum impact without requiring them to create unique content for every platform.

The Solution: One Video, Infinite Possibilities

Let me share a recent example from one of our Inner Circle members. She created an 11-minute presentation – what we consider a mini webinar or mini sales video.

This video followed a simple structure:

  • Introduction
  • Problem identification
  • Pathway to solution
  • Expected results

Once she had this video, the question became: "Now what?" How could she turn this into Instagram posts, video clips, emails, and all the other assets needed for a complete campaign?

That's where Claude AI comes in.

The Step-by-Step Process For Video-to-Campaign Transformation

Step 1: Create Your Foundation Video

You need to start with some form of video content. This could be:

  • Face-to-camera like I'm doing in my podcasts
  • A PowerPoint or Canva presentation with voice-over
  • A presentation created with Gamma.app (my current favorite AI presentation tool)

If you're camera-shy, remember that you can simply create slides and record your expertise as audio over them. The key is getting your knowledge captured in video format.

Step 2: Get Your Transcript

Once you've recorded your video, obtaining a transcript is incredibly easy today. Almost every recording platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Riverside, etc.) offers automatic transcription.

This is a game-changer compared to just 7-8 years ago when we were paying $1.25 per minute for transcription services.

Step 3: Set Up Your Claude Project

This is where the magic begins. While ChatGPT and Gemini can help with this process, we've found Claude to be superior at analyzing voice, writing style, and buyer personas for campaign creation.

Here's how to set up your project:

  1. Start a new project in Claude (note: this requires the paid plan)
  2.  Give Claude clear instructions about what you're trying to accomplish
  3. Upload resource information about your buyer persona (demographics, psychographics, pain points)
  4. Add any prior successful marketing materials to help Claude understand your output style
  5. Upload brand voice guidelines or documents about your point of view

Most people skip this crucial step and wonder why their AI output sounds generic.

Remember: go human → AI → human, not just idea → AI → output.

Your specific expertise needs to be the foundation.

Step 4: Analyze Your Voice

Before writing anything, have Claude analyze your speaking voice from the transcript. Use a prompt like:

"Before we start any writing, in addition to the reference material I've provided, I want you to analyze my speaking tone, literary style, words that I use, and annunciations in this transcript."

The results will surprise you – you might think you speak one way, but Claude will reveal patterns you weren't aware of.

This analysis ensures all campaign elements will sound authentically like you.

Step 5: Create Campaign Elements One-by-One

Many marketers make the critical mistake of asking AI to create everything at once. That's like asking an employee to do 14 things simultaneously – failure is guaranteed.

Instead, work through each campaign element individually:

  1. Start with headlines and subheadlines (these are seen by 100% of visitors)
  2. Move on to landing page content
  3. Create thank you page content
  4. Develop email series
  5. Generate social media posts
  6. Design ad copy
  7. Craft calls-to-action

By focusing on one element at a time, you can provide feedback, request alternatives, and ensure each piece matches your voice perfectly.

The Framework Behind Effective Campaigns

Most high-performing marketing campaigns follow a simple, repeatable formula.

One of the most effective is the Problem-Agitate-Solve framework:

  1. Problem: Identify a problem your audience is experiencing
  2. Agitate: Make them uncomfortable with staying in the problem
  3. Solve: Present your solution as the clear path forward

Your 11-minute video likely already contains all these elements, making it the perfect seed for your entire campaign.

Quick Hack: Creating Video When You Don't Want to be on Camera

Still hesitant about creating video content?

Here's my favorite hack:

  1. Write down the top 5-10 questions your ideal prospects ask during the sales process
  2. Have a friend ask you these questions over Zoom
  3. Record yourself answering them naturally
  4. Edit yourself out if desired

This simple approach creates valuable video content without the pressure of scripting a full presentation.

Why This Matters: Authenticity At Scale

Remember this critical point: if you think your customers don't know when you've used AI, they do. Everyone is getting better at recognizing generic AI writing.

That's why this process focuses on maintaining your authentic voice throughout.

When people buy from you because they know, like, and trust you, your marketing should sound exactly like you – whether they're watching your video, reading your emails, or visiting your landing page.

Take Action: Your Next Steps

  1. Create one 11-minute video presentation addressing your customer's main problem
  2. Get the transcript automatically from your recording platform
  3. Set up a Claude project with your brand and buyer information
  4. Have Claude analyze your voice before creating any content
  5. Build your campaign elements one-by-one, focusing on headlines first
  6. Maintain your authentic voice throughout all materials

Remember to work smarter, not harder.

One piece of content, when leveraged correctly with AI, can generate an entire campaign that delivers real results.
